This page explains how we, NITMIX, would like to treat our customers when they purchase a treatment for head lice. We call it our Terms of Service.

Your confidentiality is guaranteed, we never trade, sell or give away your names or addresses. From time to time we may send you updated information, If you prefer not to receive our mailing please let us know.

We accept most major credit cards, Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB. Your Credit Card Details will read "Nitmix". Your credit card will be charged upon acceptance of your order.

Your credit card transaction will be processed in £ Sterling. Your credit card company will automatically give you their best exchange rate and automatically convert the transaction for you if £ Sterling is not your currency. You can see the cost of your order in US$, CND$ or EURO by selecting from the drop down box on page two of the order form and clicking the Set Currency box.

We also accept cheques, postal orders and bank drafts in £ Sterling (these should be made payable to Nitmix). Please do not try to send cash, it never arrives!

You may also send your credit card details via phone we will destroy all record of your card details on completion of your order. Please do not e-mail or fax credit card details as these will pass over unsecured public communications lines, just call.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions
in Cancelling an Order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one
of the following, or other reasons:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

The identification of a pricing or product description error.

You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions"

Disruption to our normal methods of communication and/or delivery of good or information.

We accept your order at the moment of dispatch from our premesis at which time you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is on it's way to you.

NITMIX is based and operated from the UK and trading on this site takes place under English law.

Cancelling an Order

Cancellation of an order will be accepted by written confirmation (including e-mail) at any time prior to dispatch from our premesis. Order normally leave with in 24 hours but may leave at any time after receipt on our servers. If a request to cancel is received before dispatch an immediate refund will be made via the relevant payment scheme used to raise the original order.

If request to cancel arrives on our servers after dispatch and up to 28 days from the time and date of the original order arriving on our servers a refund will be made upon return of the original goods unused and in merchantable condition. Cost of returning the goods will be paid by the customer. NITMIX reserves the right to deduct the unrecoverable outgoing mailing cost if necessary.

Any goods received back opened, partly used or in an unmerchantable condition will be discarded and the face value of the goods deducted from the refund. Any shortfall in the cost of returning the goods will likewise be deducted from any refund.

Refunds are calculated in £ Sterling and converted back into the settlement currency of the customers card. Any fluctuation in currency exchange rates may effect the final amount of any refund.

Shipping And Handling
All Parcels are wrapped in secure packaging and sent via the Royal Mail and Air Mail. Orders are all packed on the date of receipt and mailed in the next available collection.

Some countries require a Customs Declaration with every parcel. To maintain your privacy we describe Nitmix as "Essential Oils".

Delivery Schedule
UK Orders are delivered by First Class mail.

The Royal Mail give us the following delivery aims:

  • Australia 5-7 Days
  • Canada 4-6 Days
  • Japan 5-7 Days
  • USA 4-6 Days

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach WorldPay's computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We neither receive or hold financial information at Nitmix.

NITMIX is registered as a Class 1 Medical Device with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency and conforms to Council Directive 93/42/EEC of June 1993 concerning medical devices.

All of our products are quality guaranteed and in the unlikely event that you should need to return an unused item you can do so within 28 days for a full refund.
